The set for this wedding was a medieval castle. When Nadine and Silvio were looking for a special location, they found the Jakubzburg in Mortka to be the ideal place.
Both got ready with family members in separate rooms of the castle with stained glass windows and creaking wooden doors. It was a beautiful location with an amazing atmosphere. The ceremony was held on the castle yard and the gray clouds made it look so dramatic like in a King Arthur movie.
The emotional ceremony was followed by the cake the two had to cut. And our bride Nadine was so sweet to arrange a simple, plain cake only for MD, because she remembered that it’s his favorite cake. We felt like family and joined the dance floor with them later.
These two are so warm-hearted and lovely. Mostly, that’s what we remember most. The material things are forgotten very fast, but what stays forever are the small gestures of appreciation and love.
